That’s a sneak preview of Fanatic’s Addicted to Ride 7! In other words Marcilio Browne, Victor Fernandez and Klaas Voget ripping @ Cape Town!
Spotted at Beachtelegraph.

B-side originally referred to the second side of a 7 inch vinyl records on which singles were released beginning in the 1950s. The term have come to refer to the types of song that often does not appear on the artist’s LP.
The following images were taken at South Africa during a windsurf trip of some friends of mine!
Starting with some B&Ws…
downtown Cape Town
on the way to Sunset Beach.

On the next one I can’t determine whether it’s too big or no wind…
…probably no wind (kiter going in!). So time to head south to Cape Point.
Mast positioning is always crucial… independently of where you sail!
Cape Town is definitely not a weekend getaway!
and if wind is playing games it’s time to walk around…
at Milnerton’s flea market
or turn left… to Sunset.
If temperature is not hitting highs then it’s Table Mountain’s time
And when wind and waves are back one thing is for sure…
awesome action whether it be waveriding…
…or jumping
(Victor Fernandez exploring the colder parts of the atmosphere!)
All photos by Yorgos “icnoc” Zafeiropoulos, except as noted.
The swell may have disappeared from Cape Town breaks but last week was it was absolutely firing! Some spots had swell over mast and a half and many masts fell in the battle arena!
Victor Fernandez ”claimed” lots of chicken jibes that day in Haakgat! No alternative…
Klaas Voget wondering if it’s time to call it a day.
But later he amused the crowd…
attempting this do or die aerial…
which hopefully worked for him!
Love this photo. Haakgat on fire!
All photos by Iosif Trifonas. Big Thanks!
