Today I got the latest issue of ze french wind magazine which rocks! Awesome photos. Among others, there is Andre Paskowski’s article on Minds Wide Open making of, featuring photos from Cabo Verde where they scored some siiiiiick conditions.

Andre Paskowski and his team have done some great filming in Cape Verde  for the film Minds Wide Open.

Marcilio Brouwne, Kauli Seadi, Victor Fernandez and Ricardo Campello traveled to Sal due to the promising forecast . The effort has paid off. The crew at Andre has been rewarded with fantastic conditions, last Sunday, the waves were up to double mast high.

Andre was satisfied: “The financial risk with a troop of 7 people to travel was very large, but everything worked perfectly. Such conditions are not found every day…”

Kauli commented … “Coral Joul, Alibaba and Fontana were breaking big and perfect just on the day before to leave …and we sailed over 7 hours……., now I’m dead…”

(No filming at Ali Baba was a result of Paskowski’s filming for Minds Wide Open movie project? )

Cabo Verde is one of the most radical wavespots on this planet and is a part of the worldtour for many years. The last event didn’t delivered proper conditions so there was no result for the PWA and unfortunately for Minds Wide Open ( Andre Paskowski’s latest movie project) too.

But… the flights are booked for Minds Wide Open. Forecast for next week looks amazing.
